Spit Cake recipe stayed without any impact and reminds the purity of Ambers. Our small family home bakery brings Spit Cake traditions to Canada for personal and events orders. We focus on quality and flavor, and cook health-conscious Spit Cake following one of the oldest recipes and traditions. We are based in Mississauga South, Ontario. And why amber? We feel that culturally an amber is so deep in our hearts that we cannot imagine even food without associating it to this charming stone :)

We are 4yrs young (not old) today!!!!! Yay!!!!
Looking back to history when we started during pandemic as a form of connecting to Lithuanian community in those harsh times, we transformed into Lithuanian heritage supporters in Canada.
We are Canada wide Sakotis (Spit Cake) producers. In last 4years we delivered to 8 Canadian provinces.
We didn't deliver to 1 province and territories. Maybe it will happen in the nearest future?
Thanks to you, our loyal customers, we would like to share interesting and funny numbers that we achieved in those 4yrs.
We baked Sakotis by sizes:
-- 40+ Grande and Grande!
-- 200+ Large and Medium (the most popular)
-- 100+ Mini Medium (2nd popular)
-- 70+ Small and 60+ Chunk
We baked 10+ German Baumkuchen.
We consumed:
-- 10K+ eggs (and who managed to crack and clean so many eggs????? )
-- 200kg+ sugar
-- 260Kg+ flour
