We adore Spit Cake that is one of the oldest and archaic Lithuanian, Polish, Belarus and German traditional cake representing elegancy and luxury referring to Victorian area. Spit Cake recipe stayed without any impact and reminds the purity of Ambers. Our small family home bakery brings Spit Cake traditions to Canada for personal and events orders. We focus on quality and flavor, and cook health-conscious Spit Cake following one of the oldest recipes and traditions. We are based in Mississauga South, Ontario. We are a family that enjoys Spit Cake so much that decided to use our expertise to cook and to bring to you the royal treat and enjoy with a cup of tea like in Victorian times.
And why amber? We feel that culturally an amber is so deep in our hearts that we cannot imagine even food without associating it to this charming stone :)

We proudly celebrated our 5th anniversary on March 1, 2026 — five years young!
What began during the pandemic as a way to stay connected with the Lithuanian community has grown into a meaningful journey of supporting and sharing Lithuanian heritage across Canada.
Today, we are proud to be Canada-wide producers of Sakotis (Spit Cake). Over the past four years, we have delivered to eight provinces, and we look forward to expanding our reach to the remaining province and territories in the near future.

Our shipment costs are set by product weight and province based on UPS/FedEx pricing guidance and they are displayed in Shipment Cost section on the top.
Note that closer to holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, other) delivery suppliers increase delivery costs.
